At Hype Elixir, we offer Partial Cash on Delivery (Partial COD) on selected orders for customer convenience.
Under Partial COD, customers are required to pay a non-refundable advance amount online at checkout to confirm the order. The remaining balance must be paid in cash at the time of delivery.
How Partial COD Works
- A fixed advance amount is paid at checkout to place the order.
- This advance is mandatory to confirm and process the order.
- The balance amount is collected in cash only at the time of delivery.
Important Terms
- The advance paid at checkout is strictly non-refundable.
- Partial COD orders are processed only after the advance payment is successfully received.
- Customers must ensure that the balance amount is ready at the time of delivery.
- In case the customer refuses delivery, is unavailable, or fails to pay the balance amount, the order will be treated as cancelled, and the advance amount will be forfeited.
- Partial COD may not be available on all products, locations, or order values, and Hype Elixir reserves the right to accept or reject Partial COD orders at its discretion.
- Any delays caused due to non-availability of the customer at the time of delivery will not be the responsibility of Hype Elixir.
Order Confirmation
By placing an order using Partial COD, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:
- the advance amount is non-refundable,
- the remaining balance must be paid in cash upon delivery,
- failure to accept the order or make the balance payment may result in cancellation and forfeiture of the advance.
